For now, I sure miss the good old days. That is before the current technology was invented. There were no cell phones or internet. In order for someone to get to know you they actually had to speak to you. Nowadays a lot of people stay fixed on their cell phones, iPad, computers, etc...
Women would get together to have quilting or sewing clubs. This is where I would like to be. I come from a family that the women sewed. Today I own seven sewing machines. One of the machines is an actual White Rotary treadle. Treadles are so much fun to sew on. This is a machine I would need to make costumes historically correct.
